Clearbuilt and Apparel Manufacturer Beverly launch system tailored to textile manufacturing.

Georgia based Clearbuilt and Gastonia, North Carolina headquartered Beverly have announced the soft launch of a new Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software designed specifically for the textile manufacturing industry. Developed over five years, the solution brings together Clearbuilt’s 30 years of experience in web application development with Apparel Manufacturer Beverly’s long-standing expertise in knitting, dyeing, finishing, cutting and sewing.

This MRP software aims to streamline the core operational processes of textile production, including inventory tracking, raw material management, and sales support. Built by U.S.-based engineers with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, the system prioritises real-time functionality and user adaptability.

“We’re excited to offer this comprehensive MRP solution to textile manufacturers,” said Neal Berry, CEO of Clearbuilt. “Having collaborated closely with Beverly, we’ve built a software package that not only addresses day-to-day manufacturing needs but is also customisable to grow alongside the needs of businesses in this dynamic industry.”

Key features include real-time inventory management, raw material tracking with waste projections, customisable dashboards powered by AI insights, seamless integration with existing systems, and dedicated US based support.

The new platform is intended to help textile manufacturers stay competitive by enhancing decision-making, reducing inefficiencies, and providing flexibility in a rapidly evolving market.

One of the largest, most versatile textile operations in the United States, Beverly creates industry-leading solutions for the world’s greatest brands, producing all types of knitted fabrics including polyester textiles. The ability to innovate and respond quickly to changing demands has been a hallmark of Beverly since its founding.

Beverly has been family owned and operated since 1980. The company began as a commission knitter and has expanded to include dyeing, finishing, and cutting and sewing operations. Each manufacturing process operates as a separate business unit but are known together as The Beverly Family of Companies. The company's manufacturing and warehousing facilities cover over 450,000 square feet in five buildings located in Gastonia, North Carolina, 55,000 square in Albemarle, NC, and 50,000 square feet in Hemingway, SC.

For over 30 years, Clearbuilt has been at the forefront of developing robust web applications for businesses across various industries. With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, the company has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

It’s interesting to see how industry-specific software continues to evolve for textile manufacturers. Tailored systems can make a real difference by improving production visibility, reducing manual processes, and helping businesses respond more quickly to changing customer demands. I also think successful digital transformation depends as much on employee training as it does on the technology itself. At Assignment Help, we often see the value of clear, structured learning resources. Even platforms like Irelandassignmenthelp.ie reflect how effective guidance supports better outcomes. Do you think AI-powered analytics will become a standard feature in textile manufacturing systems over the next few years?
