Berry Amendment Compliance at Beverly Knits
Beverly Knits, Inc. is a Berry Amendment compliant circular knit fabric manufacturer based in Gastonia, North Carolina. What is the Berry Amendment?
The Berry Amendment (10 U.S.C. 2533a) is a federal law that restricts the Department of Defense from purchasing textiles not produced entirely in the United States. First enacted in 1941, it ensures military textile supply chains remain domestic for national security.
